The scientific work of the Department is conducted in the following areas:

– Probabilistic analysis of propagation of fatigue cracks in the elements of constructions (Prof.. A. Clear.)

– The problem of distribution of stresses in the vicinity of welds, due to residual deformations (Associate. Provided By Hp.)

– Cauchy problem research for nonlinear hyperbolic equations and systems with linear deviation argument (Associate. Blashchak N.).

In the scientific activity has attracted the best students, students of the school gymnasium and MANS Ternopil.
